Responsibilities
- Lead research endeavors aimed at crafting state-of-the-art AI methods and algorithms for the current and future generative AI projects and products at Torus.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements, both in academic circles and industry, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
- Participate in and organize scientific seminars and workshops focused on AI/ML, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the research community.
- Work closely with other teams, providing expertise and support in implementing effective AI-driven solutions to their unique problems.
Requirements
The candidate should have a robust academic background. A PhD in fields directly relevant to AI and machine learning is a big plus. Your educational journey should reflect strong knowledge of mathematical principles, statistical methodologies, and algorithmic complexities fundamental to AI research.
You should also possess a demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, along with a mastery of core scientific libraries. Your hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning AI models using frameworks like PyTorch is crucial, showcasing your ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions. Furthermore, a solid grasp of recent generative AI models for language, vision, and multimodal scenarios is essential.
